Tiger Woods Returns to Golf...Hopefully for Good

What's that noise we all hear? It's the roaring buzz about Tiger Woods finally returning to competitive golf. After his last minute withdrawal from the Safeway Open a couple of weeks ago, everyone has only been anticipating the Big Cat's return that much more. The speculation is that Tiger is feeling great, will have a new bag sponsor, new woods, a new Bridgestone ball, a Scotty Cameron putter (could it be the return of old faithful?), and the same Nike irons and wedges he was using the last time he played. Word is he's carrying the driver 300-310 yards in the air which puts him closer to the top with the big hitters than he had been recently. I'm not sure if I'm more excited about seeing what Tiger does on the course or what he's playing in his bag. #gearnerd Read more over at USA Today.
